Case Study
A major supplier of meat analogue products asked S&W Process to install a new packing line during an 18-day shutdown period.
The new line included:
- Multi-head weighing with vibratory feed conveyors
- Vertical form fill seal equipment
- Manual packing conveyors.
The project involved reconfiguring three existing lines to generate the required space, and installing a major extension to an existing mezzanine floor.
On this new mezzanine, we created a staff changing area and a wet area for equipment cleaning.
The weighers and baggers were free issued by the client and all works were undertaken and completed on schedule.
