CIP systems
We have worked closely with major retailers and their key suppliers to develop an industry standard code of practice for CIP (clean-in-place) systems.
All CIP sets, regardless of size, are manufactured and fully built in our workshops. This enables a pre-delivery inspection to take place, off-site software simulation and operator training. Plus, installation time is minimised to reduce operational downtime.
Bratt Pan
“Bratting” is the rapid sealing of meats, vegetables and other products to retain flavours and juices prior to cooking.
Our Bratt Pans provide maximum cooking flexibility, ease of operation, total control and consistently exceptional results.
Bratt Pans can be used for shallow frying, stewing, braising, poaching, boiling or as a griddle for a wide range of food products. These units have a flat bottom with a full jacket for high pressure steam or thermal oil.
